Q. We have a large archive, how do I avoid pulling too much data?

AccessPoint Pull Client has built in mechanisms for restricting the amount of data pulled in a single session. Pull Client, by default, restricts the user from pulling more than a few days at a time.
Q. How do I know Pull Client is finished pulling a study?

Studies fetched with Pull Client do not appear available for reading until they have been fully downloaded from the server.
Q. We have multiple “satellite” locations. We would like to use Pull Client between them. Do you recommend this?

No, we don’t recommend this configuration. Pull Client comes with the ability to purge studies based on certain criteria. For this reason, the product is recommended for remote use, where studies may be deleted free of possible data loss.
Q. May Pull Client be configured to not delete studies?
