If the problem is not with a Freeland product, we will trouble shoot your system, pinpoint the problem and inform you which component of your system is responsible for the problem.
ACCESS POINT WEB (the multimodality viewer) is under warranty for 90 days which includes unlimited remote Customer Support and update and upgrade installation.
All other FREELAND products have a 12 month warranty which includes unlimited remote customer support and update and upgrade installation.
Unless covered under a Service Contract, Customer Support services are billed at an hourly rate after the Warranty expiration. |
