PACsLink is a web enabled Dicom Server/Archive software solution that expands existing EMRs to include images and image related reports. It brings together all imaging modalities including Cath, Nuclear CT/MRI, Echo, Vascular and/or X-ray for display on a Windows PC and then links them with the EMR to provide administrative efficiencies and to streamline workflow. Patient records and images can be exported and imported between your EMR and the ACCESSPOINT Solutions. PACsLink can be integrated into existing Electronic Medical Records to provide convenient access to full quality, DICOM standard studies directly from the EMR rather than from a separate, dedicated modality workstation. Physicians can display patient images on their office PC during consults.

PACsLink also provides remote reading and reporting capabilities. It provides immediate access to diagnostic quality images along with all electronic medical records from virtually any location worldwide.

Hardware/Network Specifications

PACSLink operates on a PC running Windows XP in an Active Directory environment, although most of our customers are implementing the software on their existing rack-mount servers, using or adding to existing RAID (if image storage is required), and utilizing their current backup solutions. We will supply hardware upon request.
